About Tommy
Meet Tommy — a lively and playful spirit at 85 pounds, with a charming mix of Treeing Coonhound and Great Pyrenees, plus a sprinkle of Anatolian Shepherd. At about a year old, he’s a tall, handsome bundle of enthusiasm, always ready for adventure or just to check in on what you’re doing. Tommy has a curious heart and an equally curious sense of humor, bringing a joyful energy wherever he goes. While Tommy loves to explore and play with other dogs, he also knows when to relax. Inside, he’s affectionate and quite capable of lounging about, but just wait until he steps outside—suddenly, he’s eager to discover everything the world has to offer. His play style is big and physical, so he’s best paired with confident dogs who can keep up with his antics, or he’d be perfectly content as your one-and-only companion. Tommy has all the makings of an excellent hiking or running buddy; he’s athletic and built for the outdoors. He ended up in a retirement community not because of behavioral issues, but because he needs a more active environment. Someone out there has been looking for exactly what Tommy has to offer. Would you like to be that person? Reach out to us if you’d like to meet him!
