About Max
Max is the furry companion you've been searching for, bringing joy to both playtime and cuddling sessions. This vibrant 5-year-old cream-colored Miniature Poodle mix weighs 25 pounds and thrives in active environments. He loves to play fetch, but when it’s time to relax, you can find him nuzzled up against you, enjoying cozy moments. Max is friendly with other dogs, although he may greet them with a low growl at first. When it comes to cats, it’s a mixed bag. He growls at them, but there's no chasing or threatening behavior. Ideally, he would flourish in a home with older children and with plenty of companionship, as he doesn’t like being left alone for too long. He walks well on a leash, responds to commands like sit and shake, and is house-trained and crate-trained. At night, he’s quite adaptable, either sleeping in his crate or snuggling in bed with you. Neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and up-to-date on heartworm and flea/tick prevention, Max is ready for his forever home. His adoption fee is $225. If you're excited about taking your home and love to the MAX, you can meet him once approved to adopt. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
