About Theo

Theo is a cheerful little guy on the lookout for his perfect companion. At just 1 year old, this small terrier mix tips the scales at 24 lbs. His happy-go-lucky personality shines through, always ready to greet you with a smile. Theo is both affectionate and well-mannered; he gets along well with other dogs but does require an experienced home. Once known as Lightening 242652, Theo faced a challenging start in life, at risk for euthanasia in an overcrowded shelter back in December 2025. Thanks to dedicated fosters, he’s been learning the ropes of being a dog again among his foster siblings, and he has truly thrived. Now fully vetted and neutered, Theo is house trained and crate trained, eager to find a loving home. Could you be the one to give Theo the forever home he deserves? He’s ready to spread his joy with you! Click apply to start the adoption process.
