Precious SMG lives up to her name, fitting perfectly into her gentle demeanor. At 10 years young, she's a sweet, low-energy companion who needs a bit of time to warm up, but once she does, her affectionate side shines through. Settling well into her foster home, she enjoys the company of various dogs and is even starting to play. Precious loves to curl up next to her foster mom while she works, occasionally deciding that sharing the office chair sounds perfect. While she enjoys cuddles, she's also happy to relax alone if needed. Once bonded, she takes on the role of lookout, alerting her family to anything unusual. This shy girl appreciates time with new visitors, but she quickly warms up with a little patience. She's crate trained, walks beautifully, and has the cutest little prance about her. Though she’s still mastering potty training, she is quick to let you know when she needs a nighttime break. Precious is discovering the joys of treats—especially people food—though she draws the line at peanut butter! She's eager for a loving home where she can find cozy lounging spots, enjoy some tasty snacks (just not that one), and have plenty of companionship.
