About Steele

Steele has two great loves: his meals and his toys. Hand him either one, and you'll see the biggest, happiest grin you've ever encountered on a dachshund. Born on October 1, 2024, Steele embodies the spirit of a little dog with a big, brave heart. He approaches new places, faces new people, and responds to new sounds with a wagging tail. His toys aren't just playthings; they're taken very seriously, and he never misses a meal. After playtime ends, he enjoys being scooped up and held like the affectionate sweetie he is. Steele is looking for a soft place to land each night and a basket to contain his toys. In return, he offers a lifetime of loyalty and companionship. He’s up to date on vaccinations and ready for adoption. Could Steele be your new best friend? What are you waiting for? Apply today!
