8 years old 11 pounds Franklin (aka Frank) is a catch. He’s now feeling well after recovering from major skin and ear infections upon arrival in the rescue. He likes all people, but he will bark at new people who come into the home initially and even his own people when they come downstairs. He settles quickly, and then he’s just ready for some pets or a lap to chill in. He gets along well with other dogs. Despite being middle-aged, he’s got some spunk and gets spurts of playful energy.
