About River

Meet River, a striking 4-year-old brown and white Collie-Australian Shepherd mix. This handsome fellow brings loads of energy along with his good looks, so he thrives in an active household that can match his enthusiasm. River is friendly and intelligent, but he requires plenty of space to roam and play, ideally with other dogs. It's best if there are teenage children or older in the home, as he isn’t a good fit for younger kids under 10. His playful nature means he can get a bit mouthy when he's excited, so a patient owner willing to work with him is essential. If you're ready to add an energetic, affectionate companion to your life, River is eager to meet you!
