This sweet girl is not yet house trained but is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. Currently located in Jackson, GA, she is looking for a loving home where she can thrive and continue to learn.

Meet Honey! This charming Hound mix puppy, approximately 6 months old, is ready to explore the world beyond her previous life in a kennel. Along with her siblings, Honey found her way to our shelter after unexpected circumstances left them in need of care. It's hard to imagine that such a young pup has experienced so little of the world until now. Arriving at the shelter was overwhelming for Honey—everything was new, from meeting people to walking on a leash. Yet, she is gradually discovering that life is much larger than the small space she once called home. Each day presents a new learning opportunity, from exploring to making friends and simply being a puppy. Honey is incredibly sweet and thrives on human companionship. She's happiest when someone is nearby to offer her love and reassurance. This playful girl gets along well with other dogs and would likely benefit from a confident canine buddy to guide her in navigating this big, exciting world. Honey doesn't need someone who expects her to know everything. Instead, she needs a patient adopter who understands that every new experience is a chance for growth.
