About Amos
Amos is full of life and adores every ounce of attention he can get. He’s a young hound and retriever mix, black and tan with short fur, and weighs about 30 lbs. Amos can hardly contain his excitement when people are around, and while he absolutely loves kids, his energy might be a bit much for toddlers still finding their balance. Bursting with affection, Amos invites everyone to join in his zoomies and thrives on company—especially other playful dogs. He needs a fenced yard to keep him safe as he dashes around and would love an active family that enjoys hiking or running. His leash skills are still in progress, but he’s a smart little guy who’s sure to improve with patient training. Amos isn’t house trained just yet and has plenty to master as he settles, but his charm and sweetness are impossible to miss. He’s the kind of companion that puts people in his corner everywhere he goes. Give Amos the chance he’s been waiting for and let him brighten your days. Ready to fall in love?
