About Onyx

Onyx is a young Great Dane who recently arrived after his previous owner could no longer care for him. With his sleek black coat and playful demeanor, he has a lot to offer. As a young dog, he's still in the process of learning and adapting to his new environment. While he may come with some training from his previous home, adjusting to a new setting can present challenges. He is pending evaluations with other animals at the shelter, but his initial interactions suggest he might be suitable for homes with children. If you’re interested in bringing Onyx into your home, please fill out an adoption questionnaire. Our process is designed to ensure the best match for both the pet and the adopter. We encourage you to bring all household members for a meet-and-greet, as it's essential to find a good fit. If everyone clicks, same-day adoptions are welcomed! Onyx’s adoption fee is sponsored, covering his spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations, and more. Make this gentle giant a part of your family. Apply now!
