Nutmeg is a one-year-old Golden Retriever mix who’s been through a lot. She was initially adopted as a puppy but had a tough time before coming back to us. Despite her rough start, she remains a friendly girl with a big, radiant smile. Nutmeg currently weighs 36 pounds and is medium-sized, making her a lovely companion for the right home. She may be a bit shy at first, so a meet and greet is necessary if you have another dog. She rides well in the car and has tested negative for heartworm.
