Meet Miso! Miso is true sunshine in a dog suit. This petite girl is around 1–2 years old and weighs about 35 pounds. Her DNA results reveal she's a unique mix, with 50.3% Siberian Husky, 29.1% Golden Retriever, and 10.3% German Shepherd Dog, showcasing a wonderful blend of traits. An affectionate soul, Miso adores people. She loves cuddling, giving kisses, and receiving belly rubs, all while seeking to be close to her humans. You can often find her launching herself to get to you, landing in a cuddle position ready for affection. While she enjoys companionship, Miso isn't demanding. Once she knows you’re nearby, she relaxes beautifully, content to keep you company as you work, watch TV, or simply unwind. Miso came to Shiba Saviors after being picked up as a stray. Despite her past, she still expects love and returns it in abundance. She is house trained, crate trained, and excellent on a leash, already knowing commands like sit and paw. When left alone, she may whine or howl temporarily, but she does settle down. Since she can chew when unsupervised, a durable crate is recommended when no one is home. Miso's interactions with other animals are still being assessed. She has shown calm behavior around dogs on leash but hasn't been fully evaluated with them yet.
