About Quinn

Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Quinn is a sweet red Goldendoodle whose early years were spent in an outdoor kennel before finding safety with her foster family. Initially terrified and unfamiliar with home life or leash walking, she has grown into an affectionate, endearing companion brimming with personality. If you call out "Quinnniiieeee!!!" in a playful tone, she’ll reward you with her special wiggly smile, brimming with joy and excitement. At home, Quinn is playful, loving, calm, and very well behaved. She delights in playing with other dogs in the yard and feels most content when she’s part of a pack, often snuggling up to another canine companion. Deeply bonded to her trusted humans, she’ll trail you from room to room and loves gentle midnight cuddles. Once she finds her person, her loyalty knows no bounds. Despite her progress, Quinn is still shy and slow to trust in new environments or with unfamiliar people. She remains gentle and submissive, but public outings can make her anxious and "flighty," so she must always wear an escape-proof harness and needs an adopter who can ensure her safety. It’s important for her adopter to be comfortable lifting 50 lbs and keeping her secure. Quinn will need multiple meet-and-greets before going home, allowing her time to build trust at her own pace. Quinn also manages a mild medical need requiring Royal Canin Low Fat Gastrointestinal food, daily Pepcid, and probiotics to keep her acid reflux at bay—a result of prior tracheal irritation. She's been fully evaluated and her condition is stable with her current care. Quinn’s perfect home has at least one playful dog, a secure fenced yard, and a calm, adult-only environment (no children). She thrives in sensitive, understanding hands and lets her people know where she feels happiest and safest. While needing understanding, Quinn is a playful, easy companion at home and will surely brighten your days with her loyal, loving presence. Born May 6, Quinn’s a determined, loyal Taurus—her sun sign shines through in her steadfastness and affectionate bond with her family. She weighs about 50 lbs, is 5.5 years old, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, and is currently in Odessa (Tampa area), awaiting the perfect home.
