Currently located in Walnut Creek, CA, she’s full of personality and energy, ready to grow into her new home best friend.

About Millie

Meet Millie! Millie is a sweet, smart, and playful little girl who has already come such a long way in a short amount of time. She came from an abandoned property where she lived with several other dogs but had little interaction with people during her first 12 weeks. Initially nervous around humans, she quickly showed comfort and joy around dogs, happily romping and playing with her canine friends. In the last four weeks, Millie has made incredible strides. She is friendly, curious, active, and very intelligent. While she sometimes remains a bit hand-shy, she needs a family that understands her journey and can provide the patience and care required to build her confidence further. Millie has done well with potty training and already knows how to use a dog door. She's spayed, microchipped, and just one puppy booster vaccination away from being fully vaccinated. Because she thrives with the company of other dogs, we prefer to place her in a home with a friendly, playful dog that can help her discover just how wonderful the world—and the people in it—can be. Millie started off on a rough path, but she is blossoming into a lively little companion. The right family can help her continue this journey beautifully.
