Lovely is a friendly rat terrier who loves to engage with people. While standing straight on her back legs, her ears poke out sideways as if eager to catch every word exchanged. This small dog, weighing around fifteen pounds, is tan and white with a charming white stripe down her face and four white legs. She came to Petersburg Animal Care and Control with her puppies. Affectionate by nature, Lovely isn’t shy about seeking attention from those around her. She gets along well with other dogs, making her a great addition to a multi-pet household. From what we've observed, she is house trained, so she could adapt well to various living situations. However, she hasn't been around children or cats yet, so it’s unclear how she would adjust to living with them. Currently, Lovely is in a foster home, and visits can be scheduled by appointment.
