With a wirehaired Chihuahua mix mom and a longhaired Chihuahua mix dad, we expect him to stay small, likely around 12-15 pounds when fully grown. Monty thrives on activity! He loves exploring the outdoors, searching for the perfect stick, chewing on toys, and wrestling with his doggy friends. Curious and playful, he keeps himself entertained, but don’t expect him to cuddle all day. He’s more interested in playtime than lap time, ensuring endless giggles for his humans. Although he sleeps soundly through the night in his crate and shows promise with crate training, Monty is still learning potty manners. He would do best in a home with adults or older children who can guide him through his puppy antics. Monty enjoys the company of other dogs, but he’s sensitive to loud noises like thunderstorms.
