About Wyatt

Meet Wyatt! This 1-year-old, 19-pound Miniature Poodle/Chihuahua mix is full of love and charm. Though he’s the biggest in his little group, he remains a manageable size and has a gentle demeanor. Wyatt may take some time to warm up to new people or environments. His ideal family will be patient, allowing him to settle in at his own pace, which may take a few hours to a couple of days. He gets along well with other dogs and older children, making him a suitable companion for a loving family. We haven't assessed how he interacts with cats yet. Currently, Wyatt is crate trained and on his way to mastering household manners, though he can mark indoors occasionally. His new family should continue this training using consistent, positive reinforcement. He sports a medium-length, scruffy coat in beautiful yellow and tan tones, which will require regular grooming. Wyatt arrived needing some care, as he had a few mats that needed to be shaved out. This sweet little guy deserves a chance to thrive in a safe, loving environment. With time and patience, he can become a wonderful companion and your next best friend! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
