Meet Popps! This playful 3-month-old staffie mix, weighing 24 lbs, is a bundle of joy ready to discover the world around him. Rescued after battling Parvo, he has shown remarkable resilience and is now thriving. Popps loves toys and enjoys fun games of chase. You might catch him sneaking away with a toy, or even joining you on the couch to watch TV. Though he can be a bit cautious in new situations, his curiosity quickly shines through, especially when it comes to affection and ear scratches. Popps gets along wonderfully with children, having already spent time with a 5-year-old and a 16-month-old. He is also cat-friendly and shows excitement towards other dogs, although he hasn’t had many opportunities for direct play yet. As a young puppy, he’s right in the thick of learning important skills, including leash walking and potty training. He loves his crate, seeing it as a cozy safe space, and is very food-motivated, happily sharing his treats and toys. Popps is looking for a loving forever home where his new family can provide encouragement, patience, and plenty of playtime.
