She weighs around 45 lbs and is available for meet and greets with local adopters. For those outside Washington, out-of-state adoption is possible once an approved adopter is identified. This sweet girl loves to rest her head on your lap, looking up at you with pure affection. She adapts her energy to match yours, whether you’re relaxing on the couch or going on outdoor adventures. Venus enjoys playtime with other dogs and is often seen having a blast during backyard zoomies, running, wrestling, and exploring with her canine friends. Venus has a playful nature and loves toys, often preferring to engage with humans rather than other dogs. She is also a water enthusiast, happily splashing in kiddie pools or streams. She rides well in the car, making her a great companion for weekend road trips to parks or trails. While she's shown interest in cats, a cat-free environment or a home with very dog-savvy cats would be ideal.
