His favorite pastime is resting his chin on your leg while enjoying some pets. Moose thrives in a spacious environment, loving to run and play chase in a yard. He’s currently in training to improve his social skills when meeting new dogs, and will do best in a home with a calm, confident dog. Moose is great on a leash, and he lights up when it's walk time! He enjoys fetch and is learning frisbee and agility, which help build his confidence. Although he's generally quiet and does not bark at the door, he may vocalize when he’s excited or a bit nervous. Moose has recently taken an interest in toys and has become quite skilled at de-stuffing them. He is crate and house-trained, though he experiences some anxiety when left alone, so a patient adopter who will help him gain confidence is essential. Moose is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and on monthly heartworm prevention. He would be best suited for a home without young children, and he has not been tested with cats.
