At just about 1 to 3 years old, she has already shown incredible resilience, having been found significantly underweight while caring for her two young puppies. Now that her mothering days are over, Chili is thriving, gaining strength and ready to be the cherished companion she deserves. Chili embodies the classic heeler blend of athleticism and loyalty. During playtime, she exudes joyful energy, running around and wrestling with her canine friends. Afterward, she smoothly transitions into cuddle mode, snuggling up next to you for laid-back evenings. Chili is amazing with other dogs, relishing both spirited play and quiet companionship. Her keen intelligence and eagerness to please make training a breeze; she learns quickly and is already responding well to commands. Though she still eyes your food with curiosity—a remnant of her earlier struggles—she’s making great strides with positive reinforcement. Fully vaccinated, spayed, and on heartworm and flea prevention, Chili weighs around 32 pounds and sports a long, wagging tail. She has made excellent progress since joining the rescue and is ready to find her forever home.
