About Bones

Meet Bones! Bones may have a spooky name, but his adorable face is anything but scary. At around 7 weeks old, he's set to begin his journey in a foster home in Millsboro, Delaware soon. Based on his appearance and the look of his mom, we think he's a mix of Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler and Terrier, with a chance of some Chihuahua or other small breed mixed in. This charming puppy is primarily white with tan markings and radiates happiness. Since Bones is still so young, his foster family will discover more about his playful personality as he settles in. His future family should be prepared for the joys of puppyhood, including potty training, crate training, and plenty of socialization and playtime—plus all those cuddles! Bones is ready to find his forever home. If interested in adopting, please fill out an application. As an added note, all puppy adoptions require a signed spay/neuter contract, since Bones is too young to be altered right now. This means his new family will need to arrange for his neuter at about 6 months old. With adoption, you'll also benefit from a complimentary first exam with one of our partner VCA Animal Hospitals. Think you can provide Bones the loving home he deserves? What are you waiting for? Apply today!
