Despite being deaf from birth, Rio shines with his bright blue eyes and pale gray coat. He’s incredibly alert, learns quickly, and enjoys interacting through hand signals. Although he’s still mastering the litter box, he has a calm and gentle nature that makes him a delightful companion. Having secure fencing will be essential for his new home.
