Ziggy is a charming, spayed female Chihuahua looking for a loving home in Denver, CO. At 8 years old, she's a delightful mix of sweetness and sass. Ziggy thrives on affection and loves curling up with her favorite humans, as well as enjoying leisurely walks and some gentle playtime in the yard. Though she prefers to be the queen of her castle, Ziggy gets along well with smaller dogs. A large, laid-back dog can also be her cuddly companion. However, she’s not a fan of cats, so a cat-free home would suit her best. Ziggy has shown she's great with kids, responding calmly to gentle petting. Due to her heart murmur and arthritis, Ziggy has some medical needs that require her to take daily medication mixed with her food. Despite this, she remains an active and loving part of the family, showing off her leash walking skills and basic commands like “sit.” Ziggy is house trained and does not need crating.
