About Jenga
Jenga is a sweet, affectionate Pug/Chihuahua mix in need of a loving home. She's 3 years old and weighs around 12 pounds, but don’t let her small size fool you; she’s a loyal cuddle shadow who thrives on companionship. After arriving at Denver Animal Shelter, Jenga took some time to decompress, but she’s now showing her warm personality. Once you earn her trust, she’ll be by your side looking for snuggles and belly rubs. This playful girl loves her toys and is motivated by treats, making training a fun experience. Jenga gets along well with small dogs and even has a laid-back attitude towards cats, typically ignoring them unless she's feeling playful. She’s still perfecting her house training and can be a bit leash-pulling at times, but generally walks nicely while enjoying the sights and smells around her. Jenga would thrive in a home filled with love and patience. A friendly canine companion would also help her adjust, especially if her humans are away for part of the day. Give her the time to settle in, and you’ll find yourself with a devoted and loving friend at home. To ensure a good match, the adoption process includes discussions with Jenga’s foster family and a meet and greet with any resident dogs. Interested adopters are encouraged to submit an application, with a $400 fee to assist with her care. Begin your journey with Jenga today!
