About Lenny

Lenny is a lovely dog who found himself in an overcrowded local pound. A compassionate dog warden rescued him just before euthanasia was on the table, bringing him into our care. He’s around 4 or 5 years old and has an incredibly sweet disposition. When a volunteer sat with him, he showered her with giant, sloppy kisses. Lenny has some impressive skills; he catches treats like a pro, sits on command, and gives paw. Though he has a few raw spots on his paws, he otherwise appears in good health. Weighing in at 47 pounds, he’s a strong walker who adores being around people. As we continue to learn more about Lenny, please check back for updates.
