Lettie is a remarkable puppy mill survivor in search of a loving home that understands her needs. She’s still learning to navigate the world and requires an experienced and patient owner to help her build the confidence she deserves. Outside, everything is a bit daunting for her. In a fenced yard, she may hesitate at the door, hide under patio furniture, or stick close to her person, looking frightened. If given the choice, she often prefers to retreat inside to her safe space. House training is a work in progress; while Lettie doesn't yet go outside, she is reliable with washable potty pads around the house. Each day she makes small strides, but she needs a home that will support her with consistency and love. An adopter who understands the unique challenges that come from a puppy mill background will be ideal.
