About Cliff

Meet Cliff, a 5-month-old Australian Shepherd mix who's ready to find his forever home. Born in March 2026, he currently weighs around 30 lbs and is expected to grow to between 40 and 50 lbs. This sweet boy was once a stray, found covered in fleas and ticks. Now, he’s thriving in his foster home in Richmond, VA, where he’s become a playful and affectionate cuddle bug. Cliff is a bit shy at first, but give him a moment, and his goofy side will shine through. He’s incredibly smart, already house trained and crate trained, and does well on a leash. He knows basic commands like sit, come, and down, making him a pro cuddler as well! Though he sometimes gets a bit nervous around tall men and loud noises, he’s showing more confidence each day. Cliff is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and will be neutered when age-appropriate, all covered by his adoption fee of $375. He gets along with other dogs and is looking for an adopter who is committed to ongoing training and socialization. Ready to meet this loving pup? Click apply to start the adoption process.
