About Stella
Stella is a delightful young puppy who arrived at UnderDog as a small bundle of joy. She’s believed to be a Chihuahua mix, possibly a Cheagle, and at 4 months old, she weighs around 8 pounds. This little one is expected to grow to about 20 pounds. Stella embodies great Beagle qualities; she is playful, enthusiastic, and thrives on human interaction. If you’re looking for a puppy who will follow you and shower you with affection, Stella will be right at your heels. She enjoys outdoor activities and definitely needs a securely fenced yard to safely explore her surroundings. Stella’s playful demeanor includes chasing after geckos, and she shows great interest in birds and squirrels during walks, so a home without cats is essential. While she’s friendly and loving, she can nip during play, which is typical for puppies; therefore, a home with very young children may not be the best fit. Stella is clever and has already mastered finding hidden treats, which speaks to her intelligence. Her new family must be ready to continue her training and socialization. She is housetrained, does well in a crate, and travels nicely in a car. Stella will be available for adoption once her rabies vaccination is completed. Until then, the team is accepting applications!
