About Oreo

Meet Oreo, a delightful Australian Cattle Dog mix who was discovered abandoned alongside his brother, Mac. They were found on a rural road in Herald, likely left alone after a tragic incident involving their mother. Thankfully, a kind-hearted local took them in and contacted Wilton Animal Rescue for help. Oreo is a social puppy, making fast friends with both kids and dogs alike. With his foster, he is learning essential commands like "sit" and "off," and he's started on his potty training journey. Currently, he can manage about 30 minutes inside before needing a potty break, but with continued consistency, he’s bound to improve. Oreo’s playful nature shines as he loves to run and wrestle with other dogs. His friendly demeanor means he enjoys being around people too. He has even taken car rides without any issues. As a baby, he will grow into a medium-sized dog, making him a great addition for any active family. If you’re ready to give him a forever home, fill out an adoption application to arrange an introduction!
