About Howdy
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Say ‘howdy’ to Howdy! This 6-month-old McNab puppy, weighing around 25 lbs, arrived from an overcrowded shelter in rural California. He needs a loving family that includes another playful canine companion to help bring him out of his shell and nurture his gentle spirit. Howdy thrives in calm, predictable environments and will do best in a peaceful neighborhood since he can be shy and skittish, but he's gaining confidence every day. His interactions with other dogs in our care have been fantastic, providing him with a boost of self-assurance through their play. Although Howdy hasn’t lived in a house before, he is eager to learn and will need assistance with potty training and basic commands. He’s not suited for homes with cats. If you’re looking for a sweet young dog who can grow into your adventure partner, Howdy may be your (cow)boy! Howdy is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered.
