About Courtesy listing Pippin

Meet Pippin, a six-year-old purebred red and white Border Collie who is ready to find his forever home. Once he locks eyes with you—thanks to his signature border collie ‘eye’—you’ll see why he’s simply irresistible. Pippin is social, affectionate, and full of enthusiasm. He greets every dog, cat, and person with an open heart and an eagerness to connect. His absolute favorite things? Playing fetch with his frisbee and enjoying some medium cheddar cheese. Pippin thrives when he has a job to do. He’s happiest when he’s engaged in an activity, be it fetching or exploring outdoors. His ideal person will have the patience to understand the sensitive nature of a Border Collie. Pippin’s previous owner adored him and provided daily exercise, but due to life changes, Pippin now needs someone who can keep up with his energetic and inquisitive spirit. Though he has a tender heart and may experience some anxiety, particularly after recent life transitions, he responds well to gentle redirection. Pippin is crate trained, knows many commands, and is eager to learn new ones. Additionally, he has been around small children and gets along well with dogs and cats. Moving forward, he may benefit from training reinforcement in a new environment. Pippin deserves a loving companion who will provide the gentle guidance he needs to thrive.
