Colby is one of two lovable brothers rescued from an animal control facility in rural Kentucky, now in a caring foster home in Chicago. These sweet puppies, with their mother being a purebred Boston Terrier, have a charming mix that makes them look like giant Boston Terriers or miniature Boxers. At just 8 months old and weighing around 35 pounds, Colby is a delightful medium-sized pup, ideal for both urban and suburban living. Initially a bit bashful, Colby warms up with gentle pats and a few treats, turning into a playful companion eager to explore his surroundings. He thrives in active households, needing ample mental and physical stimulation. Colby enjoys toys, playing fetch, and splashing around on warm days, making him a fun addition to any family. He’s already crate trained and shows progress with housebreaking, although he will benefit from continued training. Neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations, Colby is all set for his new adventure. Unlocking his full potential will take dedication and patience, but with his cleverness and love for food, training will be a joyous experience. This charming pup is ready for his forever family to share all his love. Interested in giving him a home? Colby can’t wait to meet you!
