Meet Mickey, a delightful 4-year-old Chihuahua known for his cuddling prowess and love for cozy beds. At just 11 pounds, he is almost entirely dedicated to being the best little companion you could ask for. Mickey came to us after the passing of his beloved owner, and he’s ready to find a new family who can fill his life with love and security. One crucial requirement: Mickey must sleep under the covers with you. This isn't just a preference; it’s a promise we made to his original family, and he's quite the considerate sleeping partner. This charming little guy is housebroken, gets along well with larger dogs and cats, and is a pro on the leash. He enjoys his daily walks but prefers to start them after 10 AM; you'll find him more enthusiastic and animated then. Car rides are another highlight of his day, and he loves to tag along wherever you go. While he doesn’t engage much in play with larger dogs, he takes cues from them and adapts well. Mickey’s ideal home could either have another friendly pet or be a single-animal household, as long as he gets the love and attention he craves. Mickey has known what it is to be loved, and now he deserves to have that joy once more. He seeks a warm lap, a comfortable spot in the car, and plenty of snuggle time under the sheets.
