About Wink

Meet Wink, a charming Cocker Spaniel who recently joined Camp Cocker Rescue after being rescued from a puppy mill in South Korea. He arrived in Los Angeles, bringing with him a gentle spirit and a touch of shyness. Wink can be a bit timid at first but warms up quickly with gentle handling. He enjoys being pet and seeks out hands for affection, often freezing with delight when he receives attention. He gets along well with other dogs, although slow introductions are best for ensuring he feels comfortable. Wink is generally calm and doesn’t experience anxiety when left alone, preferring to settle in a cozy spot. His favorite pastime includes relaxed walks, and while he enjoys exploring, he prefers a leisurely pace. Currently, Wink uses potty pads with good progress and has a preference for firmer toys over soft plush ones. Although he expressed some anxiety during car rides and with crates, he is easy to handle for grooming and vet visits. Wink needs a patient adopter who understands that potty training may take time and who can provide a calm environment for him. He thrives in quiet settings, making him an ideal companion for anyone seeking a gentle and affectionate dog. This loving companion is ready to find a forever home. What are you waiting for?
