His journey has its ups and downs; although he was once adopted, he was returned and has spent time in the shelter, where certain behaviors have developed. Despite these challenges, Caesar’s spirit remains vibrant and full of love. This playful soul adores time in the yard, splashing around in a kiddie pool and playing with a hose. Watching him revel in the simple joys of water play is truly heartwarming, showcasing one of his many endearing qualities. Caesar will undoubtedly bring endless fun to any water-loving family. Thanks to the Underdog Under Construction Program, he is on a path to rediscovering the pup he once was while overcoming his fears. This program focuses on building confidence and trust, as Caesar tends to be a bit protective of his people.
