About Georgia

Georgia is eager to find her forever home and ready to bring joy into your life. She arrived at a local shelter after being unwelcome at a rural home but got a second chance thanks to the Burlington County Animal Alliance. As a small black lab mix, about 4 years old and weighing a bit under 40 lbs, she's full of charm and has a sweet personality to match her looks. Initially shy, Georgia has warmed up to attention and enjoys treats. While she can get a little jumpy with excitement, she’s great with her four-legged pals and has ignored the cats she’s met. House training is clearly going well, as she’s been trustworthy in her crate. Georgia is improving on the leash, especially when she gets to know you. She may be best suited for homes without very small children due to her enthusiasm. If you're interested in welcoming this lovable girl into your home, consider filling out an application to meet her. Your new best friend is just one click away.
