Meet Obsidian! Don’t let his spooky name or grumpy face fool you; this big guy, also known as Sid, is a gentle giant with a heart of gold. With a calm and laid-back demeanor, he’s the type that takes life slow and steady. Even in a bustling environment, Sid remains composed and takes it all in stride. He's a big cuddler who loves to lounge on laps, but he’s not pushy about it. If another cat gives him a hard time, Sid will gracefully back off. He enjoys head and ear scratches and uses his paws gently to remind you when it's his turn for some love. Toys don’t excite him much, but he does enjoy a bit of batting here and there. His real passion lies in food, especially his favorite squeeze-up treats. Obsidian is FIV+, which means he needs to stay indoors and may require special attention to his health. He typically thrives best with other FIV+ cats, but given his even temperament, gentle children could also be a good match for him. Although he hasn't been tested with dogs, his calm nature suggests he could adapt well. This affectionate soul is estimated to be around 6 years old and is ready for a forever home.
