About Charlie

Meet Charlie, a speedy little cutie with a knack for finding his way into mischief. He earned his nickname because on his first night out of the shelter, he dashed away and kept his new friends on their toes for almost 24 hours. At only 1 to 2 years old, this adorable wire-haired terrier mix, possibly a Scottish Terrier and something else, weighs around 20 pounds. Charlie has a lot of love to give and lots of energy to burn, so future adopters should plan to supervise him closely outdoors, even in a fenced yard, as he can dig and escape. Charlie is already house and crate trained, making him an excellent companion. He’s a friendly guy who gets along well with other dogs and adores people. This little love bug enjoys attention, belly rubs, and snuggles, and is known for just chilling and observing his surroundings. He thrives on being near his people, whether it’s hanging out under a bar stool or being cradled in a lap. If you're looking for a playful yet laid-back buddy, Charlie might just be the perfect fit for your home. Click apply to start the adoption process.
