About Phoenix
Click apply to start the adoption process. Phoenix is a small Chihuahua/Terrier mix who has already proven how resilient and loving she is. Previously abandoned at a boarding facility due to her owner's move, she hasn't let that dampen her spirit. She is spunky and enjoys spending time curled up in a chair beside her foster parents, and she's an excellent little co-pilot on car rides. House and crate trained, Phoenix adores going on walks, staying active, and will happily serve as a great little watchdog. She's social with most dogs, loves to please her people, and especially thrives around childrenβshe would love a home where kids are part of the family. Phoenix is currently thriving in a foster home in Wichita, Kansas. Please note, she is not eligible for shipping; her adopter must live in Wichita or the surrounding area to allow for a required home visit. A secure fenced yard is a must (no invisible fencing), and a veterinary reference is needed to confirm your pets are up to date on shots, altered, and on heartworm prevention. Ready to fall in love?
