Bandit is a striking long-haired Chihuahua with black, tan, and white markings. True to his breed, Bandit is wary of new faces and will need someone who understands Chis and can offer him patience as he settles in. Once he feels safe, he’ll stick to you like glue and prove to be a loyal companion. Bandit enjoys wrestling and playing with other small dogs but could also thrive as the only dog in the home. He’s crate and house trained, regularly using the doggie door, and loves hanging out in the backyard. Bandit is about 3 years old and weighs around 15 lbs. He’s currently fostered in Wichita, KS, and must be adopted locally since a home visit is part of the process. His adopter must have a secure fenced yard (not an invisible fence) and be able to provide a solid vet reference showing prior pets are up to date on shots, spayed or neutered, and on heartworm prevention.
