Meet Sully! For the first two years of his life, he was confined to the end of a chain, missing out on the warmth of a home, the comfort of a soft bed, and the love of caring people. Thankfully, that life is now behind him. Sully is in a foster home where he’s learning what it means to be an indoor dog—enjoying air conditioning, comfy beds, and the joy of being adored. Despite his past, Sully remains a gentle giant. He embodies all the best qualities of a Great Pyrenees: he’s calm, kind, and incredibly easygoing. Currently weighing around 80 pounds, he’s underweight and should ideally be closer to 100 pounds. As he continues to eat well and grow stronger, he’s progressively realizing that food is something he can count on. Sully gets along well with kids and other dogs, making him a fantastic fit for a family. He’s the kind of dog that can handle brunch outings with ease, greeting new faces with a relaxed vibe. He enjoys exploring outside and walks well on a leash, showing no interest in chasing after cats. His favorite pastime? Napping. He sprawls on the cool floor in the cutest positions, relishing the comfort of his new life. Sully would thrive in a home with space for a big, fluffy friend. While he wouldn’t prefer apartment living, he doesn’t require vast expanses of land either. More than anything, he seeks a loving family who will welcome him as one of their own. Currently located in Houston, Texas, Sully is ready for adoption across the country. His adoption fee is $700, which includes transportation to his new forever home.
