AvailableXena is a young, medium-sized Samoyed with a stunning long white coat. Although still in the early stages of house training, she is very affectionate and enjoys cuddling. Currently located in San Rafael, CA, she is not yet spayed but is fully vaccinated. Xena does not have any special needs and weighs around an appropriate size for her age.
About Xena
Xena is a little over a year old, a smart and sweet girl discovering the joys of indoor life. Initially suspected to have come from a backyard breeding situation with six other dogs mostly kept outside, she has really flourished through love and patience. Xena loves affection and cuddles, eagerly curling up next to you on the couch. She responds well to her name as well as commands like "Xena, come," showing great progress with her house training. She's become a fantastic leash walker, gradually growing more at ease around people and children. This friendly girl gets along well with other dogs and shows no signs of aggression. Though she has her youthful "wild child" moments, she's learning to manage nighttime barking, crate time, and her reactions to loud sounds and cars. With consistent positive training and love, Xena is on the path to becoming the mellow family companion we know she can be. She may not be perfect, but she just needs a caring home willing to help her learn. Xena is eager for her forever family and lots of cuddle time!
