She’s a large adult and is fully house trained, spayed, and current on all vaccinations. About Remy
Remy is not your average dog—she’s a survivor with a spark. After years of neglect as a mama dog, Remy came into rescue in rough shape and has rebuilt her life from scratch. Now healthy and comfortable in her foster home, she’s let her personality bloom: goofy when the mood strikes, steadfastly loyal, and deeply affectionate with those she trusts. She’s about 3–4 years old and an American Bully through and through—eager for structure and a home where her energy is matched by confident handling. She’s food-motivated and smart but still learning some basics, especially when it comes to manners around new dogs. Remy does best with calm, tolerant dog friends and needs an adult-only home. She’s not suitable for homes with young children or volatile pets, given her enthusiastic style and protective streak. While she can resource guard toys at times, training and boundaries have helped immensely. Remy’s crate-trained, house trained, and enjoys a good romp outdoors, especially if a large yard is part of the deal. She’s vocal, not afraid to express herself, and makes an excellent watch dog—but greets trusted humans with warmth and charm. Remy is best suited for an experienced owner familiar with power breeds, who will continue guiding her growth. She’s not a first-timer’s project, but she has all the makings of an extraordinary companion for someone invested in her.
