Wemby is a young male Chihuahua, small in size, and has a lovely white and cream coat blended with brown. He is house trained, altered, and up to date on vaccinations, weighing approximately 6 pounds. Living in Beaverton, OR, he is looking for a loving home where he can play with other small dogs or cats.

About Wemby

Meet Wemby! Wemby arrived at our rescue after facing severe neglect at a county shelter. He weighed just 4.8 pounds and had skin infections, hair loss, and overgrown toenails. Thankfully, with plenty of care, nutritious food, and love, Wemby now weighs over 6 pounds and has transformed into a joyful, playful little dog with a soft coat. Wemby enjoys playing with both dogs and cats; he’s quite the fearless little guy. However, due to his past experiences, he displays some food guarding behaviors. This makes him best suited for adults and not for homes with children. Wemby really needs a playful furry companion or two to keep him company. Indigo Rescue adopts only within 30 miles of Beaverton, Oregon. To start the adoption process, please complete our application available on the indigorescue.org website.
