Decibel loves meeting new people and quickly becomes friends with anyone who gives him a moment of attention. With the classic vocal charm of a Shepherd, he expresses himself through a mix of whining and barking—his own unique love language. Although he hasn't been around children under 10 since he arrived, his playful nature suggests he'd likely enjoy their company. Decibel has shown he can get along with dogs, happily playing babysitter to energetic puppies in his foster home. He interacts with them while still being his talkative self, though most of his companions appreciate his chatter. As for cats, he's had limited exposure and tends to let them be.
