About Phantom
Meet Phantom, a charming 2-year-old Westie and Maltese mix on the lookout for his forever home. Phantom is 100% deaf, which makes his journey a bit unique. He came to Tyler’s Rescue as an owner surrender after having some trouble with another dog. Because of this, he prefers human companionship and does not get along with other animals. Phantom takes a bit of time to warm up to new people since he wasn’t socialized in his previous home, but once he trusts you, he becomes a devoted friend. His anxiety has improved with the help of his foster family, who have also been working on house training. While he barked frequently at first to explore his surroundings, he is learning to manage it. An adult-only home with a spacious backyard would be ideal for him, where he can safely explore and play. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who appreciates the little things, Phantom is ready to unwrap the world with you. He is microchipped, vaccinated, and preparing to be neutered. This lovable pup is searching for someone special who can show him the joys of life, despite his challenges. Ready to meet Phantom? Apply to adopt him today!
