Meet Annie, a spirited big puppy with a heart to match! Currently thriving on a ranch with her Texas foster, she’s on her way to find her forever home in Minnesota. Annie adores people and is always eager to join in on your adventures, whether they're work-related or just for fun. While she enjoys playing chase with other dogs, she tends to be independent and aloof among them. Annie has some basic manners down, but she needs support with housetraining as she hasn’t started that journey yet. She’s spent a lot of time outside, so formal potty training is a work in progress. She’s experienced some crate training, though she’ll make her feelings known before settling down for a nap. This smart girl will quickly learn whatever you’re willing to teach her, but keep in mind—dogs like her thrive when they have a job to do, so finding engaging activities for her is key. Having been surrendered as a baby, Annie has enjoyed the comforts of foster life but has never known a true home. With the right love, care, and guidance, she’s sure to blossom into an incredible companion. Annie will arrive in Minnesota on 09/12/2026 and needs to be picked up from Ruff Start Rescue in Princeton between 9 AM and noon. It's important to plan accordingly since pick-up outside of these hours can't be arranged. Annie is currently part of the Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program, and transport to veterinary appointments will be necessary after her arrival. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
