About Tai

Meet Tai, a spirited little adventurer with a big personality. Tai's journey began in a dumpster, but he's ready for a much brighter future. Initially thought to be deaf, he surprised everyone with his selective hearing when responding to some cues from his foster mom. This 5-month-old pup is eager to explore everything around him. In just a day, Tai learned to sit for treats and is picking up commands like "off" and "leave it" with ease. He's also getting the hang of taking treats gently. Tai dreams of a home where he can play with the water hose, explore creeks, or even hit the waves at the beach. Although still a bit of a toddler at heart, he sleeps quietly in his crate and is about 90% housetrained, learning the importance of stopping his adventures for potty breaks. We estimate he'll grow to about 50 lbs and he enjoys playtime with dogs of all sizes. This goofy and adventurous pup is ready to find a family that can keep up with his enthusiastic spirit. Could Tai be the perfect addition to your household? What are you waiting for? Apply today!
