Truffle is searching for the perfect home. This gentle girl needs a patient adopter who likes to cuddle. Truffle was dumped in a cornfield along with five other dogs. All six were safely recovered and are now seeking furever homes. Truffle is 50 pounds and estimated to be 1-2 years old. She has a reserved personality but has been learning to jump and play again since starting treatment for two tick diseases. She needs some help with learning to walk on a leash. We suspect being dumped with her collar and leash still attached has caused some fear of leashes. After she was humanely trapped, we noticed her collar was partially embedded in her neck.
